Once upon a time, on one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean, there lived a young artist named Rai. This boy was versatile and very creative, and he had a dream: he wanted to make the best burgers on the island.
Raimundo was no ordinary cook. After studying at some of the best restaurants in Europe, he decided he was ready to take the next step. He traveled around the world, exploring and trying different flavors, and finally found the recipes he was looking for.

Food lovers from all over flocked to the restaurant to treat themselves and enjoy Rai's delicious creations.

Raimundo Burger's success was so great that it was always packed with people. However, Raimundo felt that something was missing from his recipes. He knew that they were "almost" perfect, but there was a secret ingredient that he had not yet discovered and that could not be found in any market.

One day, while Rai was reflecting on his dilemma, a mysterious stranger appeared in his restaurant. This visitor, with an enigmatic smile, confessed to Raimundo what the secret he was looking for was. It was a magical ingredient, one that could not be bought or sold, but was found in the heart of cooking: the passion and love for what he did.

With this revelation, Rai understood that the true secret of his burgers was not in a special ingredient, but in the dedication and love he put into each one of them. And so, with a heart full of passion, Raimundo Burger continued to be the favorite place for lovers of good food, always offering the best burgers on the island, made with love and creativity.

We take extreme care of our products. This is how we work, to bring the best burger we can design to your table.
We have the best suppliers, who have been with us since we opened:

Pan Brioche
Baked and delivered daily, by the baker LLUIS PEREZ. Yes, LLUIS PEREZ.
With his own and unique recipe, he delivers us the brioche bread which is slightly toasted to make the butter enhance the flavors and deliciousness.
There's no doubt that this is the best we can offer.

Beef
Our personal butcher gets the meat pieces of breed, he chops it daily and gets the beef ready and delivered by 1pm, 365 days a year.
They are pieces with a perfect meat aging and with the right amount of fat to make them THE BEST.
They are LA JUANITA, located in Santa Catalina market. Go and visit them on behalf of Raimundo.

Fruits and Vegetables
Daniel provides us with the add-ons for every burger, to make them juicy and crunchy.
Our french fries and sweet potatoes are fresh and chopped daily by our staff.

We only serve high quality products, that's how we work and every single ingredient is treated with love and respect by the best kitchen staff.
